Job description
The position of Recruitment Consultant offers a varied, stimulating and challenging career opportunity while helping develop interpersonal and commercial skills, offering real responsibility and accountability for personal and professional growth. Working in a team structure with like minded professionals, you will focus on the delivery of a high level of service and client management to assist clients & candidates to fulfill their employment and career needs. By facing daily challenges, you will be driven to use your personality and intuitive skills, in return, gaining rewards and recognition for your personal contributions to the growth of Michael Page in North America.

Key responsibilities include:

• Responsibility for full life-cycle of recruitment process
• Devloping long-term relationships, resulting in repeat business and loyalty from candidates and clients alike
• Business developing further into current top clients
• Sourcing, interviewing and identifying suitable candidates for clients
• Utilizing extensive methods to source candidates including networking sites and events
• Assessing needs and recommending solutions to each particular client, candidate or assignment
• Managing the hiring process through to offer-stage and following through

Who we are looking for
The successful incumbent must hold a bachelor's degree and have a high level of enthusiasm, energy and commitment. Previous sales or recruitment experience is NOT a pre-requisite - Passion, Resilience and Tenacity IS!
Excellent communication skills are essential. You MUST have the desire to achieve highly.
